F.A.Q. #6

Q. The file you sent is over my time limit by a few seconds. Why is that?

A. The actual length of the music is not over the time limit, but the actual file with the silence at the beginning and end of the music may make the total time longer than your time limit. We record your music with approximately 1.5 seconds of silence at the beginning. The reason for this is that some “Boom Boxes” take a second to start playing the CD and cut out the first beat or two or your music, which makes it difficult for practice. We also record about 3 seconds of silence at the end of the track so that after your routine finishes the CD doesn’t start in right away with the next track.
